Appetizer to Share: German Beer Braised Bratwurst and Sauerkraut - $12

Wild Fork German Bratwurst braised in Dunkel Lager over sauerkraut.

Wiener Schnitzel - $25

Two hand pounded and crumbed veal cutlets, sautéed in butter, with caper butter and parsley sauce. Served with spaetzle and cucumber salad.

Zwiebelrostbraten*- $38

8-oz. Angus choice beef filet mignon pan broiled in butter and topped with pan sauce and fried onions. Served with spaetzle and a cucumber salad.

Cornish Hen - $24

Whole rock Cornish game hen, stuffed with lemons and garlic, and rubbed with olive oil, thyme and rosemary, then roasted on a bed of thyme and rosemary sprigs. Served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and a cucumber salad.

Braised Pork Shanks - $28

Skinless meaty pork hock, slow braised in stock, carrots, celery, onion, and wine until it's fall off the bone tender. Served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and cucumber salad.

Fish and Chips- $28

Fried Hefeweizen battered Atlantic cod fillets. Served with "chips", cucumber salad, and a pickle.

To Finish: Black Forest Cake- $10

A Montgomery Bakehouse specialty; chocolate sponge cake, soaked with cherry syrup and cherry brandy (Kirsch), then layered with whipped cream and cherries.
