STARTERS

 

New England-Style Lobster Corn Chowder - $15

 Rich lobster stock, red potatoes, corn, bacon, cream and Maine lobster, garnished with bacon and chive

 

Gorgonzola Chips - $8

Dirty's salt & pepper chips layered with our creamy Alfredo sauce and crumbled Gorgonzola cheese then baked to  a crisp golden brown

 

Cold Boiled Shrimp - $12

A dozen wild caught Gulf shrimp in the shell, spicy boiled and chilled, cocktail sauce and lemon

 

SALADS

 

 Warm Balsamic Lamb Chop Salad* - $25   

Two Rocky Mountain pasture raised lamb chops grilled medium rare, on a salad of roasted butternut squash, grilled asparagus and red onions, field greens and arugula, feta cheese, drizzled with balsamic and warm bacon reduction

 

Grilled Salmon Salad* - $14

Char-grilled fresh Atlantic salmon fillet, greens, capers artichokes, tomatoes, roasted red bell peppers, and Gorgonzola, caper dill lemon vinaigrette on the side
