New Court Booking System Welcome Letter
Esteemed Members,
I am pleased to inform you that in September 2023, Bentwater Yacht and Country Club upgraded our racquet court management system to enhance your experience. The new system, powered by CourtReserve, is now operational and offers several exciting features.
With the new Bentwater CourtReserve portal, you can:
- Book tennis and pickleball courts
- Reserve our tennis ball machine
- Schedule tennis and pickleball lessons
- Register for weekly clinics
- Sign up for tournaments and events
Please note that this upgraded system is separate from our Club Essentials powered website. As a result, court bookings and ball machine reservations can no longer be made through the Club website.
Every racquets eligible member has an account created and ready for activation. If you haven't activated your account yet, please email our Director of Racquets, George Schuldberg, at [email protected]. George will send you a welcome email with instructions on how to activate your account and can assist you with any questions you may have.
