At Bentwater YACHT CLUB
Attention All MOBsters……..!!
“Hear Ye, Hear Ye, Hear Ye!!”
We are especially honored to have as our speaker this month, Lt. Tim Cade, Montgomery County Precinct 1 Constable’s Office, Lake Division. He has served in that office for the past eight (8) yrs. and has risen from Deputy to his current rank of Lieutenant. He and his team are responsible for Law Enforcement duties on and in the area of Lake Conroe. In addition to performing and supervising patrols on the Lake, Lt. Cade leads the Dive Team to support Search, Rescue and Recovery operations in and around Lake Conroe. Prior to his present assignment, he served two (2) years in the Montgomery County Special Investigations Unit and undercover operations under the current Pct. 1 Constable, Phillip Cash.
A law enforcement officer since 2001, he has served Montgomery County as a deputy then sergeant in the Mental Health Division. Lt. Cade has also led the Pct.1 Special Response Team and has previously served as a School Resource Officer for Willis ISD.
He is a Vet of the US Marine Corps and has worked as a Juvenile Detention Drill Instructor for hundreds of young people seving their correctional phase in the judicial system. As a Marine, he deployed as a member of 1st Battalion, 2nd Marines to Africa (1997) for Operation Noble Obelisk and Operation Guardian Retrieval. Lt. Cade’s first Marine deployment was to Guantanamo Bay where he served on the “fence line” protecting that strategically important American outpost.
As an example of what Lt. Cade and his team do on Lake Conroe, in mid-October during a span of one (1) hour during bad weather conditions, they rescued five (5) people in the water after their three (3) boats sank. There were no injuries or deaths due to the quick action of Lt. Cade and his team and the fact that all those recovered were wearing life jackets.
MOBSTERS -- THIS IS YOUR OPPORTUNITY TO HEAR DIRECTLY FROM AN IMPORTANT MEMBER OF OUR LAKE CONROE LAW ENFORCEMENT COMMUNITY.
