Rules
2019 USGA rules will govern all play

Scoring
Each
team in a flight will play against each other team in a 9-hole Match.
Flights with an odd number of teams will play one Match against Net Par.
There are 9 points available for each Match and 45 for the entire
Tournament. The maximum number of points a team may win is 6 per match
and 30 for all 5 matches. Points for each Match will be awarded as
follows:
1 point for winning the hole
½ point for a tie
0 points for losing the hole
Payouts
The number of "normal" payouts in each flight will be based on the total number of participants. Additional payouts will be given for 1st and 2nd place in the Shootout and most points over the field for Saturday and Sunday (that does not place in the "normal" payouts.
SUBSTITUTES: If a member on a team is unable to continue playing in the tournament, the remaining member may find a substitute partner. A substitute partner must have a handicap within eight shots or the higher player plays down to the conforming handicap. If a partner injures himself while playing a hole, that team needs to file a claim that the partner can no longer play and that team will be designated a blind drawn player on the next hole until the match is completed. The blind drawn player will be chosen after the match from players in the flight and could change the handicap stroke holes from that point going forward in the match, so play hard. Should an entire team not be able to play, the opponents will play against net par. If a team wins a flight but one of the players or both players are unable to play in the shootout, the second place team will qualify for the shootout.
Shootout
Players will tee off from the same tees as Match Play. The format will be alternate shot with each team choosing who tees off on the first hole and the players will alternate from that point going forward, including chip-offs. Further details will be organized a day or two before the tournament.
Beer
At scoreboard following each days matches. The Sunday Keg will also follow the Shootout
