As a Starter - Gorgonzola Chips ($8) - Famous Dirty’s Salt & Pepper Chips layered with our creamy Alfredo Sauce and crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese, then baked to a crisp golden brown

Chicken Campanelle Pasta ($16) - Pan seared fresh Chicken and Campanelle pasta in a simple sauce of butter, sage, and Italian Parmesan Reggiano, crunchy Bagette

Lodge Fire Roasted Chili Bowl ($14) - Cold weather size bowl of our own special recipe with plenty of spicy Fire Roasted tomatoes and peppers with beef & pork

Angus Ground Steak Sliders ($14) - Twin Sliders of 1/4 pound each freshly ground Angus Beef from Tenderloin, Rib-Eye and Strip Loin, Balsamic Red Onions and Swiss, Boar’s Head Peppercorn Sauce, Thin Cut Fries

Grilled Salmon Salad ($13) - Fresh Atlantic Salmon Fillet, char-grilled, Field Greens tossed with Capers, Artichokes, Tomatoes, roasted Red Bell Pepper, Gorgonzola and Caper Dill Lemon Vinaigrette

Baby Back Ribs ($14) - Half rack of Tender Baby Back Ribs slathered with Ron’s Soy, Molasses and Red Wine Vinegar BBQ Sauce, Potato Salad

• February 20^th:  Match Play Sign-up starts – Deadline is 12pm April 4^th

• April 5^th:  Drawing for First Round Matches during Cocktail Hour (All players invited)

• April 26^th & 27^th:  Couples Member / Guest

• May 11^th:  Guest Day

• May 18^th & 19^th:  Member / Member Tourney (Ladies Flight & Men’s Flight)

• May 28^th – June 4th:  Club Closed for Aerification and other maintenance

• June 29^th:  Guest Day

• July & August:  Look for day trips to other courses with our Pro’s!

• September 28^th:  Guest Day

• October 9^th – 12^th:  Men’s Member Guest Golf Tourney (All 3 Courses) with GP on the 10^th!

• October 25^th & 26th:  This is a Friday & Saturday - Men’s and Ladies Stroke Play Championships

• November 2^nd:  Club Championship (Rain Date)

• November 9^th:  Guest Day

• November 23rd & 24th:  Grand Pines Cup Event
