As a Starter - Gorgonzola Chips ($8) - Famous Dirty’s Salt & Pepper Chips layered with our creamy Alfredo Sauce and crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese, then baked to a crisp golden brown
Route 66 Pulled Pork Manhattan Blue Plate ($13) - A staple of the now historic Diners along old and famous Route 66, a hearty potion of slow roasted Pulled Pork on sliced Brioche, homemade Mashed Potatoes and silky Gravy
Shrimp Boil ($16) - A dozen and a half wild caught Gulf Shrimp in the shell, spicy boiled and hot, corn and red potato
