As a Starter for Sharing - Crab Rangoon Basket ($10) - Prepared by assistant Chef Steven Lew, Wonton Wrappers filled with a classic mix of Cream Cheese, Alaskan King Crab, Herbs, and Spices, sealed and lightly fried, Asian Dipping Sauce
Shrimp Boil ($18) - A large bowl full of wild caught Gulf Shrimp in the shell, spicy boiled and hot, corn and red potato, Ciabatta baguette
Angus Ground Steak Sliders ($14) - Twin Sliders of 1/4 pound each freshly ground Angus Beef from Tenderloin, Rib-Eye and Strip Loin, Balsamic Red Onions and Provolone, Boar’s Head Peppercorn Sauce, Thin Cut Fries
Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad ($13) - A deconstructed salad of grilled Romaine halves, charred baguette croutons, and fresh Chicken Breast, shaved Parmesan and drizzled with house Caesar dressing
Kansas City Pork Wings ($13) - Three remarkably tender, marinated, roasted then naked fried Mini Pork Shanks served with a spicy BBQ sauce, Sweet Potato Waffle Fries
