Quail Breast En Brochette ($16) - A half dozen boneless Quail Breasts, stuffed with roasted Jalapeño, wrapped in Bacon, char-grilled and served with Ancho Chili and Honey Dipping Sauce (this is a limited item, please ask your server to reserve an order when you are first seated)
Classic Seafood Gumbo ($16) - A large bowl of Fish, Shrimp and Crawfish Gumbo in a broth richly flavored with Shrimp Stock and Gumbo Crabs, side of White Rice and French Banquette
Chicken Club Salad ($13) - Char-grilled fresh Chicken Breast, Romaine and Field Mix Greens, Grape Tomatoes, hardboiled Egg, Apple Wood smoked Bacon, shredded sharp Cheddar, and Avocado, Dressing choice on the side
Baltimore Style Crab Cakes ($16) - Pan Sautéed Jumbo Lump and Back Fin Crab Cakes with just enough cracker meal and spices to hold it together, Lemon and White Wine Butter Sauce, topped with Pico de Gallo
Baby Back Ribs ($14) - Half rack of Tender Baby Back Ribs slathered with Ron’s Soy, Molasses and Red Wine Vinegar BBQ Sauce, House made Potato Salad
