Cold Boiled Shrimp ($16) - A full dozen of wild caught Jumbo Gulf Shrimp in the shell, spicy boiled and chilled, served on ice with Cocktail Sauce and Lemon
Twisted Creek Hatch Pepper Quesadilla ($13) - Local Twisted Creek Grilled Sausage, freshly roasted seasonal New Mexico Hatch Peppers, Monterey and Pepper Jack Cheeses, and sautéed Onion, between grilled Tortillas, Pico de Gallo, Guacamole, and Sour Cream
