Steakhouse Kebabs ($18) - 8 ounces of Angus Choice Beef NY Strip Loin marinated in a robust combination of Worcestershire, Soy, Lemon, Mustard and Garlic, skewered with fresh Veggies and char-grilled, Sweet Potato Waffle Fries

Cold Boiled Shrimp ($16) - A full dozen of wild caught Jumbo Gulf Shrimp in the shell, spicy boiled and chilled, served on ice with Cocktail Sauce and Lemon

Twisted Creek Hatch Pepper Quesadilla ($13) - Local Twisted Creek Grilled Sausage, freshly roasted seasonal New Mexico Hatch Peppers, Monterey and Pepper Jack Cheeses, and sautéed Onion, between grilled Tortillas, Pico de Gallo, Guacamole, and Sour Cream

Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad ($13) - A deconstructed salad of grilled Romaine halves, charred baguette croutons, and fresh Chicken Breast, shaved Parmesan and drizzled with house Caesar dressing

Baby Back Ribs ($14) - Half rack of Tender Baby Back Ribs slathered with Ron’s Soy, Molasses and Red Wine Vinegar BBQ Sauce, House made Potato Salad
