Quail Breast En Brochette ($16) - A half dozen boneless Quail Breasts, stuffed with roasted Jalapeño, wrapped in Bacon, char-grilled and served with Ancho Chili and Honey Dipping Sauce (this is a limited item, please ask your server to reserve an order when you are first seated)
Cold Boiled Shrimp ($16) - A full dozen of wild caught Jumbo Gulf Shrimp in the shell, spicy boiled and chilled, served on ice with Cocktail Sauce and Lemon
Fried Chicken Blue Plate ($13) - Fresh Boneless Breast, a Thigh and a Leg, breaded in Zatarain’s seasoned Southern Chicken Fry, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, skillet Green Beans with Bacon, Onion, and Pecans, Buttery Biscuit
Beef Fajita Salad ($15) - Marinated Choice Beef Skirt Steak, Romaine Lettuce, sautéed red & green Bell Peppers, and Red Onion, sliced Avocado, creamy Cilantro Lime Dressing on the side
Baby Back Ribs ($14) - Half rack of Tender Baby Back Ribs slathered with Ron’s Soy, Molasses and Red Wine Vinegar BBQ Sauce, House made Potato Salad
