COCKTAIL HOUR MENU

Cold Boiled Shrimp ($16)

A dozen and a half wild caught Gulf Shrimp in the shell, spicy boiled and chilled, served on ice with Cocktail Sauce and Lemon

Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad ($13)

 A deconstructed salad of grilled Romaine halves, charred baguette croutons, and fresh Chicken Breast, shaved Parmesan and drizzled with house Caesar dressing

Catfish Basket ($13)

 Farm raised fillets, Crispy Southern Corn Meal crusted and easy fried, Lent friendly Cole Slaw, Tartar Sauce, and Fries

Beef Quesadilla ($13)

Marinated Angus Beef Steak, Monterey and Pepper Jack Cheeses, sautéed Onion and Pablano Pepper between grilled Tortillas, Pico de Gallo, Guacamole and Sour Cream

Baby Back Ribs ($14)

 Half rack of Tender Baby Back Ribs slathered with Ron's Soy, Molasses and Red Wine Vinegar BBQ Sauce, Potato Salad

A slice of Tres Leches Cake

• April 12^th:  Ping Fitting Day at Grand Pines (10:00am – 2:00pm) – then hang around and watch the Masters!

• May 4^th:  Guest Day at the Pines!

• May 10^th & 11^th:  Couples Member / Guest (details coming soon via eblast)

• May 28^th – June 4th:  Club Closed for Aerification and other maintenance

• June 29^th & 30^th:  Member / Member Tourney (Separate flights for Men and Ladies)

• July & August:  Look for day trips to other courses with our Pro's!

• September 28^th:  Guest Day

• October 9^th – 12^th:  Men's Member Guest Golf Tourney (All 3 Courses with Grand Pines on the 10^th!):

• October 25^th & 26th:  This is a Friday & Saturday (Men's and Ladies Stroke Play Championships)

• November 2^nd:  Club Championship (Rain Date)

• November 9^th:  Guest Day

• November 23^rd & 24^th:  Grand Pines Cup Event
