As a Starter- Gorgonzola Chips ($8) - Famous Dirty’s Salt & Pepper Chips layered with our creamy Alfredo Sauce and crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese, then baked to a crisp golden brown
Beef Tenderloin Chimichurri Sliders ($14) - Twin Sliders of Certified Angus Choice Beef Tenderloin topped with a Parsley & Oregano Chimichurri and Fire Roasted Red Bell Peppers, Sweet Potato Waffle Fries
Quail Salad ($15) - Two Texas semi-boneless whole Quail, grilled and basted with Ancho Honey Chile Glaze on Romaine, Craisens, Pecans and Feta Cheese, Balsamic Vinaigrette
