Bentwater Candy Crawl Sponsorship Details for Local Businesses

Bentwater Yacht & Country Club is pleased to offer your business the opportunity to host a Candy Crawl tent at Bentwater's Halloween festivities this year.  This is an excellent opportunity to participate in a very popular Bentwater Country Club event.  It will offer great marketing exposure and we would love to have you.  Here are the details:

The Monster Mash & Candy Crawl will take place at the Country Club on Saturday, October 26^th from 5:30pm to 8:30pm.  We have a really creative event planned and we expect another huge turnout from the membership this year.  The Clubhouse Grounds will be transformed into Halloween headquarters with a festival of activity and fun for kids of all ages.  The ever popular Trunk or Treat gets an upgrade this year with the introduction of the Club's first ever Candy Crawl.  This will coincide with a big Monster Mash party inside the Clubhouse for kids and their families.  The Candy Crawl festivities will provide you with an excellent opportunity to participate in the event,  promote your business, and help make the evening a smashing success.

SPONSORSHIP DETAILS:

• The sponsorship fee is $50.

• The Club will provide the tent and you will decorate it for Halloween.

• You will provide and hand out candy and include a fun activity for the kids to do (i.e. – Face Painting, Corn Hole, Pin the Mole on the Monster, etc.).

• You can have a sign at your tent promoting your business and provide promotional handouts to members & guests.

• Set-up begins at 3:00pm on October 26^th.  Everything will need to be ready for the kids by 5:00pm.

• Upon confirming your sponsorship, please indicate the following:

1.   The activity you plan to host at your tent for all the little Candy Crawlers.

2.  How you wish to pay the Sponsorship Fee (Bentwater Member # or by Check).  Checks are made out to, "Bentwater Yacht & Country Club".
