Bentwater Men's Member-Guest Golf Tournament - Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon the receipt of your completed official entry form, your member account will be charged the full entry fee. If there is a wait list when your form is received, your account will not be charged until a spot opens up and you are actually placed in the field.
If you have to cancel for any reason and do so prior to September 1, 2022 you will receive a full refund. If you cancel any time after that deadline you will be obligated to still pay the tournament entry fee. If a replacement team is found and takes your place you will be refunded the full amount of the entry fee minus the cost of the tee favor, which you will still receive. If a replacement is not found you will still be obligated for the entire amount of the entry fee. When a spot opens up due to a cancellation it will be filled based on the order of when it was cancelled.
