Elk Tenderloin
Fresh Texas raised NZ Elk loin, super tender and mild flavored, roasted medium rare and carved, with blackberry sauce. Served with baked sea salt butter and truffle oil sweet potato, and hazelnut and Gorgonzola green beans.
