Join us on Tuesday, July 25th for an outstanding five course Seafood Dinner at the Lodge. We'll begin with a mix & mingle at 6:00 pm, and begin seating at 7:00 pm.

Passed: Smoked Salmon Tartar with Horseradish Cream Crostini
Scottish smoked salmon combined with capers, shallots and fennel on baked sliced baguette spread with horseradish cream
Ceviche Stuffed Avocado
Avocado halve stuffed with fresh fish, shrimp, and scallops, marinated in lemon juice, and mixed with Pico de Gallo
Shrimp and Crab Cobb Salad
Cold boiled gulf shrimp and jumbo lump blue crab over iceberg & spinach with Applewood smoked bacon, gorgonzola cheese crumbles, avocado & tomato, creamy Creole dressing.
Served with a bacon, cheddar, and jalapeno muffin.
North Carolina Shrimp and Grits
Authentic stone-ground grits from the water-powered Homestead Gristmill stone wheel in Waco, with sautéed shrimp and a sauce of pancetta, parmesan, mushrooms, lemon, and aged cheddar.
Scandinavian Iced Berries
Mixed fresh berries, slightly frozen, topped with warm white chocolate sauce.
