Judge Vince Santini, 457th District Court

Judge Santini will review the success of his first term in office.  He will introduce the talented staff behind the Court's success, give examples of the court's efficiency, how it exceeds community standards from those that have served, and speak on the court's role in election integrity.

Judge Santini graduated Summa Cum Laude, top of his class at the University of Houston, then specialized in trial work at the Nation's leading trial advocacy law school, South Texas College of Law, Houston. Judge Santini was a nationally ranked trial advocate, representing the State of Texas in the most prestigious trial competitions. Judge Santini earned multiple awards, including Dean Gerald Treece's Student Advocacy Service Award, as well as the Order of the Barristers for exhibiting excellence and attaining high honors through the art of courtroom advocacy.

Before being elected, Judge Santini dedicated his career as a lawyer to helping victims both in criminal and civil law matters. For almost a decade, Judge Santini worked for the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office where he prosecuted everything from kidnappings to killings, even taking on the drug cartel and MS-13 street gang. He managed large dockets as District Court Chief, and earned the Child Abuse Prosecutor of the Year award in 2015 for his expertise in prosecuting pedophiles that sexually assaulted young children. Judge Santini was also a Senior Civil Litigation Attorney in first party insurance cases where he handled civil litigation all over the State of Texas, and was licensed to practice civil law in all of the United States District Courts of Texas as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
