Montgomery County Tax Assessor-Collector Tammy McRae

& Chief Appraiser Tony Belinoski

Tammy McRae has 37 years' experience in the Tax Office & she says yes, she started when she was 10! Tammy is an active member of the Tax Assessor-Collectors Association where she serves as Immediate Past-President. She represents TACA as a director on the Texas Property Tax Education Coalition Board (PTEC) and was most recently appointed in 2021 to serve on the Advisory Board for the Texas Justice Court Training Center (TJCTC) for the Texas Justices of the Peace and Constables Association of Texas. She and her staff have earned several awards, including being one of two Tax Assessor-Collectors offices in the state to receive the Gold Level Performance Recognition Award from Texas Department of Motor Vehicles in 2020 and the only Tax Assessor-Collectors office in the state to receive back-to-back Gold Level Performance Recognition Awards again in 2021. Her fellow Tax Assessor-Collectors presented her with the 2020 Distinguished Service Award. She also received the Governor's appointment to the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles Board and continues to serve in that capacity today.

Tony Belinoski is a lifelong resident of Montgomery County, and a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a Bachelors of Science in Physics and a minor in Mathematics. He began his career at the Appraisal District in 2001 and has worked as Commercial Appraiser, Land supervisor, Land and Residential analyst supervisor, Deputy Chief Appraiser, and Chief Appraiser (July 1, 2017). He currently holds the professional designation of Registered Professional Appraiser (RPA).

Sign-in starts at 10:30 a.m. The meeting will begin at 11 a.m., with lunch at 11:30 a.m. The program will begin at Noon. Meetings last until approximately 1:00 p.m.

Lunch is optional, but reservations must be made by 12:00 am on the Wednesday prior to the Luncheon (8 days before), even if you're not eating.
