Montgomery County Judge Mark Keough will provide an informative update about recent achievements and future plans of the Montgomery County Government.

Mark J. Keough is serving in his second term as Montgomery County Judge. Since being elected, Judge Keough has continuously advocated for a fiscally conservative county government by cutting the tax rate year after year, as home and business values have steadily increased. (In Texas, the county judge is an elected official often referred to as the county's Chief Executive Officer.) He also currently serves as the Chairman of the Montgomery County Public Health District, as a Director of The Woodlands Road Utility District No. 1, as a member of the Houston-Galveston Area Council Board of Directors, and a member of the Houston-Galveston Metropolitan Planning Organization.  

Prior to his election in Montgomery County, Mr. Keough served in the Texas House of Representatives representing House District 15 in the 84th and 85th sessions of the Texas Legislature. His previous career was in the automotive industry as a general sales manager.

Judge Keough resides in The Woodlands, with wife Kim, and has four adult children. He received his undergraduate degree from Cedarville University, and has a master's degree from both Dallas Theological Seminary and Grace Theological Seminary.

Sign-in starts at 10:30 a.m.  The meeting will begin at 11 a.m., with lunch at 11:30 a.m. The program will begin at Noon. Meetings last until approximately 1:00 p.m.

Lunch is optional, but reservations must be made by 12:00 am on the Wednesday prior to the Luncheon (8 days before), even if you're not eating.
