Spouses or significant others are welcome to attend this meeting. Come and listen to Nestor Vicknair, founder and leader of VMT Wealth Management, as he explains how the platforms for the leading candidates could affect our savings and investments. With elections just a year away, this will be a very informative meeting.
Nestor Vicknair is the founder and leader of VMT Wealth Management, a nationally recognized financial advisory team headquartered in Houston. Nestor began his financial services career with the Merrill Lynch Private Client Group in 1992. He has earned a number of distinguished accolades: In 2016 and 2017, Forbes recognized him as one of "America's Top Wealth Advisors," "Top 250 Wealth Advisors 2018" and designated him the #1 Advisor in Texas in 2017 -2019. Barron's has recognized him for nine successive years, naming him one of America's Top 1,200 Financial Advisors from 2014 through 2019 and one of the Top 1,000 Financial Advisors in America from 2009 through 2013. The Financial Times pointed to him as one of the country's Top 400 Financial Advisors in both 2015 and 2016.
Nestor earned his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University. He holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst® designation sponsored by the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA) at the Wharton School.
Nestor and his wife Kim live in Houston with their daughter Morgan and son Cole. In his free time, Nestor enjoys exploring the Texas Hill Country with his family.
