Format
Three-Man Scramble
3-Man Scramble – All players tee off and select the best drive. On the second shot the two players whose drive was not chosen each hit from the same location and the best ball is again chosen. On the third shot the two players whose second shot was not chosen each hit from the same location and the best ball is chosen. This process continues until the ball is holed. Both balls may be moved or placed within one club length, no nearer the hole, and must be played from the same like condition. (The ball stays in sand or it stays in rough and cannot be moved into the fairway or out of the sand or moved out of the rough.
Choose your own teams (maximum 8 stroke differential between partners). Singles can sign up online and we'll place you on a team.
Two Teams per Tee Box
Cut-Off for Team drops/adds is July 21st at Noon. Individual drops from team need to be addressed by other team members for replacements.
Maximum 36 teams (108 players)
Handicaps
Team handicap = [(A+B+C)/3] x 30%
The World Handicap System will be used as implemented in GHIN (USGA)
Tees
Red, White, Blue (Chosen during registration)
Flights
Based on participation and team handicaps
Rules
USGA rules will govern all play
All out of bounds played as lateral hazard
Payouts
Gross and Net Prizes will be awarded in each flight
Keg and Scoring will follow at the scoreboard
