Dirty's salt & pepper chips, layered with our creamy Alfredo sauce, and crumbled Gorgonzola cheese, then baked to a crisp golden brown.

Grilled Asian Tenderloin Skewer - $18

Angus choice beef tenderloin, marinated in an Asian and garlic sauce, skewered and grilled. Served over pad Thai noodles.

Quail Breast En Brochette - $16

Six boneless quail breasts, stuffed with roasted jalapeño, wrapped in bacon, char-grilled and served with ancho chili and honey dipping sauce.

Kansas City Pork Wings - $13

Three remarkably tender, marinated, roasted, and then naked fried, mini pork shanks. Served with a spicy BBQ sauce, sweet potato waffle fries.
