As a Starter: Gorgonzola Chips - $8

Dirty's salt & pepper chips, layered with our creamy Alfredo sauce, and crumbled Gorgonzola cheese, then baked to a crisp golden brown.

Quail Breast En Brochette - $16

Six boneless quail breasts, stuffed with roasted jalapeño, wrapped in bacon, char-grilled and served with ancho chili and honey dipping sauce.

Catfish Basket - $14

Fresh farm raised fillets, crispy southern corn meal crusted and easy fried. Served with cole slaw, tartar sauce, and thin cut fries.

Steak Salad - $14

Char-grilled Angus carved beef tenderloin atop a bed of romaine, spinach, field greens mix, grape tomatoes, red onion, and Gorgonzola Lodge horseradish vinaigrette.

Baby Back Ribs - $14

Half-rack of tender baby back ribs, slathered with Ron's soy, molasses and red wine vinegar BBQ sauce, and served with potato salad.
