As a Starter: Gorgonzola Chips - $8

Dirty's salt & pepper chips, layered with our creamy Alfredo sauce, and crumbled Gorgonzola cheese, then baked to a crisp golden brown.

Chicago Italian Beef Sandwich - $13

Angus roast beef, warmed in Italian au jus, and topped with green bell peppers and authentic spicy giardiniera.  Served on a crispy roll and served with sour cream and onion chips.

Butter Poached Shrimp Alfredo - $18

Five colossal butter poached Gulf shrimp, with fettuccini pasta tossed in a rich sauce of cream butter and Parmigiano Reggiano.

Grilled Salmon Salad - $14

Char-grilled Atlantic salmon fillet, greens tossed with capers, artichokes, tomatoes, roasted red bell pepper, Gorgonzola and caper dill lemon vinaigrette.

Quail Breast En Brochette - $16

Six boneless quail breasts, stuffed with roasted jalapeño, wrapped in bacon, char-grilled and served with ancho chili and honey dipping sauce.
