As a Starter: Gorgonzola Chips - $8
Dirty's salt & pepper chips, layered with our creamy Alfredo sauce, and crumbled Gorgonzola cheese, then baked to a crisp golden brown.
Quail Breast En Brochette - $16
Six boneless quail breasts, stuffed with roasted jalapeño, wrapped in bacon, char-grilled and served with ancho chili and honey dipping sauce.
Steak and Gorgonzola Pasta - $18
Char-grilled Angus choice beef tenderloin (filet) tossed with mezzi rigatoni pasta, sautéed mushrooms, and fresh herbs in a Gorgonzola and shallot cream sauce.
Shrimp Quesadilla - $13
Spiced and sautéed Gulf Shrimp, Monterrey and pepper jack cheeses, red and green bell peppers, red onion, Matchstick yellow squash & zucchini pico de gallo. Served with guacamole and sour cream.
Baby Back Ribs - $14
Half rack of tender baby back ribs, slathered with Ron's soy, molasses and red wine vinegar BBQ sauce. Served with mustard potato salad.
