Dirty's salt & pepper chips, layered with our creamy Alfredo sauce, and crumbled Gorgonzola cheese, then baked to a crisp golden brown.
Chicken Schnitzel Blue Plate - $14
Fresh chicken breast hand pounded and crumbed, sautéed in butter, served with fettuccine Alfredo and grilled asparagus
Quail Salad - $15
Two Texas semi-boneless quail, grilled and basted with ancho chili glaze, romaine, craisens, pecans and feta cheese house balsamic vinaigrette
Chicago Italian Beef Sandwich - $13
Angus roast beef warmed in Italian au jus, topped with green bell peppers and authentic spicy giardiniera. Served on a crispy roll with sour cream and onion chips.
Fried Butterfly Shrimp - $14
A half dozen fried jumbo Gulf shrimp in seasoned corn meal. Served with coleslaw, tarter and cocktail sauces and thin cut fries
