As a Starter: Gorgonzola Chips - $8

Dirty's salt & pepper chips, layered with our creamy Alfredo sauce, and crumbled Gorgonzola cheese, then baked to a crisp golden brown.

Ground Steak and Pork Belly Sliders - $14

Ground steak slider with smoked pork belly, tomato jam, and arugula.  Served with sweet potato waffle fries.

Twisted Creek Quesadilla - $13

Local Twisted Creek beer braised sausage, freshly roasted hatch peppers, Monterrey & pepper jack cheeses, and sautéed onion, between grilled tortillas.  Served with pico de gallo, guacamole, and sour cream.

Grilled Salmon Salad - $13

Char-grilled Atlantic salmon fillet, greens tossed with capers, artichokes, tomatoes, roasted red bell pepper, Gorgonzola and caper dill lemon vinaigrette.

BBQ St. Louis Ribs - $14

Half rack of St. Louis pork ribs, smoky and delicious, and spicy BBQ sauce. Serve with potato salad.

• October 9^th – 12^th:  Annual Bentwater Men's Member-Guest event (Tournament round will be held at GP on October 10^th – Golf course and Lodge will be closed)

• October 25^th & 26^th:  Men's and Ladies Stroke Play Championships (Rain date – November 2^nd)

• November 9^th:  Enjoy a Saturday round with a guest at a Weekday Rate!

• November 16^th:  Couples "Nine & Wine" – 3:00pm Shotgun with tasting stations along the special 9-hole, par 3 course.  Don't miss this one!
  

• November 23^rd & 24^th:  1^st Annual Grand Pines Cup Matches!

• December 6^th:  Christmas Sale during Cocktail Hour at the Lodge (4:00pm – 7:00pm)
