A Lodge favorite - famous Dirty's salt & pepper chips layered with our creamy Alfredo sauce and crumbled Gorgonzola cheese, then baked to a crisp golden brown
Ceviche Stuffed Avocado - $13
Avocado halves filled with fresh fish, shrimp, and scallops marinated in lemon juice, mixed with pico de gallo and cilantro
Prime N.Y. Strip Chimichurri Sliders - $14
Twin sliders of Angus prime NY strip steak topped with a parsley & oregano chimichurri and fire roasted red bell peppers, and sweet potato waffle fries
Twisted Creek Quesadilla - $13
Local Twisted Creek beer braised sausage, freshly roasted paplano peppers, Monterrey and pepper jack cheeses, and sautéed onion, between grilled tortillas, pico de gallo, guacamole, and sour cream
Baby Back Ribs - $14
Half rack of tender baby back ribs slathered with Ron's soy, molasses and red wine vinegar BBQ sauce. Served with potato salad.
