Dirty's salt & pepper chips, layered with our creamy Alfredo sauce, and crumbled Gorgonzola cheese, then baked to a crisp golden brown.

Classic Seafood Gumbo - $18

Big bowl of Gulf shrimp and catfish gumbo in a richly flavored broth of shrimp & lobster stock and gumbo crabs. Served with a side of white rice and baguette.

Warm Balsamic Lamb Loin Salad - $20

Carved Rocky Mountain pasture raised boneless lamb Loin, on a salad of roasted butternut squash, char-grilled asparagus, red onion, field greens, arugula, and feta cheese, with reduced balsamic and warm bacon dressing.

Quail Breast En Brochette - $16

Six boneless quail breasts, stuffed with roasted jalapeño, wrapped in bacon, char-grilled and served with ancho chili and honey dipping sauce.
