As a starter - Traditional Buffalo Wings - $12

Fresh chicken wing sections, naked fried and tossed with the original sauce recipe for Buffalo hot wings. Served with carrots, celery, and ranch or blue cheese.

Crab and Corn Chowder - $15

A large bowl, rich with lump crab meat, red potatoes, corn, bacon and cream. Garnished with jumbo lump crab, bacon and chives.

Stuffed and Roasted Poblano Peppers - $12

Spicy poblano peppers stuffed with a mix of ground beef and pork, ancho & chipotle powders, spices, garlic, cilantro, and topped with shredded cheese.

Quail Salad - $15

Two Texas semi-boneless whole quail, grilled and basted with ancho chili glaze, romaine, Craisens, pecans and feta cheese. Served with house balsamic vinaigrette.

Baby Back Ribs - $14

Half-rack of tender baby back ribs, slathered with Ron's soy, molasses and red wine vinegar BBQ sauce and served with mustard potato salad.
