 The McTeggart Irish Dancers Perform Step dancers from the McTeggart School of Irish Dance will put the audience in the mood to celebrate St. Patrick's Day as they perform at the Bentwater Ladies Luncheon at the Yacht Club. Doors open at 10:30 a.m. with lunch being served about 11:00 am. Call the Club at 936-597-6219 to make a reservation by Thursday, March 4. The McTeggart Irish Dancers of South Texas (MIDOST) promotes awareness of Irish culture and dance through performance demonstrations. Established in 1939 in Cork, Ireland, it is one of the most respected schools in the nation. The menu for March is Irish Soda Bread, Beef Stew and Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream with Biscotti. There will be a specialty drink of the month available for purchase from the bar.
 Houston Spring Nutcracker Market Bus Trip is on April 16th On Friday, April 16th BLO members will travel to the Houston Spring Nutcracker Market. The event is focused on all things spring and summer. Departure is from the Yacht Club parking lot at 7:30 a.m. and return is 3:30 pm. The $50 fee includes admission, the bus ride & driver tip, and snacks/drinks for the return trip. The Houston Ballet has strict safety protocols: masks are mandatory. Mix it Up with Your Neighbors All are invited to Mix & Mingle at our monthly get together at the Country Club's Crescent Grille. Come meet neighbors for fun and fellowship. Happy hour prices and partners are welcome to come. The next Mix & Mingle will be held on Thursday March 11th from 4 p.m. - 7 p.m.. The theme is St. Patrick's Day so wear green!
